Easy Fried Chicken at Home

First of all, wash the chickens thoroughly. Put 1000ml of water in a bowl and add salt, sugar, shallots and mix. Throw your chickens into this mixture and let it run into the mixture. Put flour in a bowl and add salt, garlic powder, chilli powder, onion powder, fresh black pepper, then mix this flour and divide evenly into two separate containers. Break two eggs into one of the containers and mix. Put frying oil in a deep bowl on the stove and start heating. Put the chickens you have kept in the hibernation first in the mixture with eggs, then in the flour and put them in the hot deep oil that you keep on the stove and continue the cooking process until they turn pink. Eat with pleasure after the process is completed.
