INGREDIENTS
EGGS – 3 PCS
CHICKEN FILLETS – 2 PCS
GARLIC- 2 CLOVES
MIX OF SPICES – 2 TBSP
CORN STARCH – 2 TBSP
OIL
LETTUCE
SALT – 1 TSP

METHOD
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
Cut the chicken into strips. Mix with egg yolk, garlic, spice mixture, salt and starch.
Whisk the egg whites in a bowl. Pour oil into a frying pan.
Dip chicken in egg whites. Toast. Decorate with lettuce and tomatoes.
