I thought everyone knew this recipe from cauliflower, it turned out that such a simple cooking method is unfamiliar to many. Just three ingredients and cauliflower – the result is a very quick appetizer recipe. 15 minutes and everything will be ready.

We will cut the cabbage into inflorescences. Slices should be not bigger, but the size of a walnut. Cauliflower pour in boiling salted water and boil. When the water boils well, remove the cabbage with a slotted spoon.
Lightly fry the green onions until they are soft. Add cauliflower and mix well.
Three eggs are mixed with salt and poured over vegetables in a pan.
We start mixing immediately so that the egg is evenly distributed over the cabbage.
If you want, you can add another piece of butter and fry until golden brown.
Serve hot.
Cauliflower egg and green onion, creamy, ready.
