Easy Warm milk brioche home made 🙂
This recipe is a must-try!INGREDIENTS
375g (3 cups) flour (all purpose)
150ml (0.6 cup) warm milk
80g (0.4 cup) sugar
1 tsp vinegar
40ml (0.18 cup) oil
10g melted butter
10g vanilla sugar
50ml (0.2 cup) warm milk
Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Separate 50g of dough and add cocoa to it. Knead. Let rise for 1 hour. Divide the dough into 9 parts, put chocolate in each part and form balls.
Decorate each ball with strips of brown dough. Put the balls in a mold and pour over the milk. Let rise for 1 hour. Brush with egg and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
