Biscuit Donut Cake
INGREDIENTS
• 3 pck cookies
• 100g butter
• 2 tbsp cocoa
• 400ml milk

• 200ml whipped cream
• 1 cup milk
• 2 1/2 cups coconut flakes
• 50g ghee
Chocolate sauce
• 200 ml cream
• 1 cup chocolate
• pistachios

METHOD

Crush cookies. Heat the butter and mix with cocoa, add milk. Pour this mixture onto cookies and mix.
Whip all the ingredients for the cream.
Wrap the form with foil. Put the cream, then cookies. Cover with foil and refrigerate.
Brew cream. Top with chocolate. Garnish with pistachio chips.
