  • 350g Bread flour
  • 1 Egg
  • Knead for 2 minutes
  • 40g Unsalted butter
  • Knead for 20 minutes
  • Rise for 1 hour
  • Knead for 2 minutes
  • Bread flour
  • Rise for 30 minutes
  • Cooking oil
  • Sugar
