Sesame Rolls Recipe (makes 16 pieces)
375g (3 cups) all-purpose flour
5g (1-1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
56g (4 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted.
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
1 tsp salt
Sesame seeds as needed
Butter to spread each layer
Egg to apply before baking
