500g (4 cups) flour (all purpose)
120ml (½ cup) warm milk
120ml (1/2 cup) warm water
7g dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp oil
½ tsp baking powder
10g vanilla sugar
1 tsp vinegar
Salt

200ml (4/5 cup) cream
200g custard

METHOD

Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours. Roll out the dough into cakes, cut into strips and form cannoli. Let rise for 30 minutes. Deep-fry. Dip in sugar.
Prepare cream and fill cannoli.
