Delicious banana cake: a dessert that isn’t baked in the oven

Easy, delicious and so quick!
• bananas
• 2 cups flour
•3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp vanillin
• 3 tbsp cocoa
• 3 cups milk
• 3 tbsp corn starch
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp vanillin
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup sugar

• 80g / ½ cup chocolate
• 200ml / 7oz whipped cream
• 1 cup cold milk


Beat eggs with sugar. Add milk, vegetable oil and vanilla. Beat. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F. Cool the cake. Gently cut the top of the cake with a knife, stepping back a few centimeters from the edges.
Mix all the ingredients for custard. Bring to thickening over low heat. After the cream has thickened, turn off the heat, add the butter and vanillin. Cool the cream.
Cooking whipped cream in a bowl, whisk a glass of milk with a bag of whipped cream. Mix with custard. Grind the chocolate.
